It runs right here, in your browser. It asks for your mic before it uses it, and nothing leaves your device.

A dandelion in front of your camera. Blow gently into the mic and it lets its seeds go, a few for a soft breath and many for a big one, drifting up and away. When the head is bare it says your wish is on its way, and offers to grow a new one.

The head is points on a Fibonacci sphere projected to 2D, which is what makes it round and fluffy rather than flat. Each seed is a feathery tuft of fine filaments with tiny side hairs and a soft glow at its root, drawn back to front.
The breath does the physics: the stem sways like a spring pushed by your breath, seeds come loose in proportion to how hard you blow - the ones facing away from you first - and then drift upward on a wind, turning upright as they swing and fading out near the edges.
