- Owned UX for Bibliofi, an iOS library management system, taking 3 core flows from SRS to locked spec with a team of 10 developers in a 4-week sprint.
- Ran research with 38 students and 2 librarians that surfaced two problems the SRS missed: queue waits and no off-site borrowing.
- Translated a dense SRS into IA, wireframes and annotated flows, with design rationale written in-file for developers.
